Today 12 volunteers came to Ipsden Wood despite the weather forecast. Task of the day was to continue with fence removal. This fence is placed around a small plantation within the Forest, where the Forestry Commission planted saplings, that now have grown enough to be able to do without protection. The Sonning Common Green Gym was asked to remove the fence. We removed almost two sides of the enclosure, several hundred yards. All in all the weather turned out not too bad and we enjoyed a nice day work.
