Greys Court

20130328_1120s 20130328_1117sToday we cut and burned laurel regrowth and brambles in the bluebell wood at the rear of Greys Court.  In previous years we had cleared the large laurel bushes that were inhibiting the bluebells, which then grew back in profusion with more light in the woodland floor.  This year’s bluebells have started to grow, but some of the wild daffodils in the wood are already in flower.
