A select group turned out to a long awaited visit to Temple Island Meadows. The site had been flooded for a long time this winter and had only just dried out enough to be workable. The task was to cut new willow shoots and to cut them into poles for hedgelaying and other works.
A nice treat was the appearance of Loddon Lilly on various places on the site.
