Cleeve Water Meadow

Only 6 of us were there on a beautiful spring morning (was everyone else attending to their gardens?) to rake and burn flood debris from Cleeve Water Meadow. A separate task was pulling up docks and nettles from the reed bed to stop them competing with the water plants. The Loddon lilies had mostly gone over, but irises were flowering at their golden best.
